Certain Surveyors – Win a FREE Home Survey Competition Terms and Conditions
This competition is offered by Certain Surveyors Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom under company number 02548131, with its registered office at 1 Tithebarn Street, Liverpool, L2 2NZ (“the Promoter”).
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
The competition is only open to individuals who own or are in the process of purchasing or selling a residential property located in Merseyside, all other regions of the North West of England, or within London.
2. Prize Details
One winner will receive a Free Level 2 Home Survey, carried out by Certain Surveyors Ltd.
The survey must be booked within 4 months of the winner being notified.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is valid for a single residential property only.
3. Entry and Selection
Entry details will be made available on the platform or promotional material where the competition is advertised.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator tool from all eligible entries and will be notified via email or telephone within 14 days of the competition closing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.
4. General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this competition or its Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, if circumstances arise outside its control.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
5. Use of Data
Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and any related communications.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
