Refund Policy
We comply with the laws relating to the cancellation of consumer contracts. By law you have 14 working days to cancel the Survey, starting on the day the contract is agreed, which means the date we take payment from you.
We will provide processing and management services to you, and the Third Party Surveyor may begin or deliver the Survey, earlier than this 14 working day period because reports are often required quickly and/or access to the property has been given earlier.
In accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to us and the Third Party Surveyor/Contractor starting the Survey before the end of the 14 working day cancellation period and waive your right to cancel unless:
- The property has not been inspected, the report has not been issued and verbal advice has not been provided by the Third Party Surveyor. A full refund can be provided.
- The property has been inspected, however the report or verbal advice has not been provided. If this is the case a refund of 50% can be provided.
- If the survey has been carried out and a report completed we will not be able to offer a refund.
Once the 14-day cooling off period has expired, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
